The City of Duncanville's Utility Billing and Building Permitting/Inspections Departments will be conducting annual routine system maintenance on Wednesday, December 10, starting at 5:00 PM and ending on Thursday, December 11, by 12:00 PM. During this time, online, phone, and in-person utility and building permit payments will be unavailable.

The City of Duncanville offers citizens the opportunity to securely pay online for utility payments, court citations, alarm permits, building permits, and fieldhouse registrations.
