The Duncanville Police Department is investigating a tragic motor vehicle crash that claimed the lives of three individuals on June 8, 2026.

The City of Duncanville, at the recommendation and in cooperation with Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS), will be conducting ground spraying against mosquitoes on Thursday, May 28, between the hours of 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM, weather permitting. The spraying is being conducted in response to the detection of West Nile Virus in a mosquito trap located in the 75137 zip code. The area being sprayed is south of E. Wheatland Rd., east of Santa Fe Trail, north of the southern city limits, and west of E. Hwy. 67.
