Guidelines for Community Calendar Submissions

The Duncanville Community Calendar is a tool for the public to advertise and promote community events and activities. It’s specifically designed to house information about special events and public meetings that are of interest to the Duncanville Community. All events must be open to the public and be held in Duncanville. All events submitted to the Duncanville Community Calendar are subject to public disclosure under applicable local, state and/or Federal law. The City of Duncanville reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or remove any content that is deemed a violation of this event calendar policy or any applicable law.

How it Works

  • Submit a Community Calendar Event Request by email to [email protected].
  • After calendar submissions are submitted, they will be reviewed prior to posting to the calendar.
  • The City of Duncanville reserves the right to refuse to post announcements that are deemed offensive, inappropriate, not in the public interest or in conflict with this policy or the mission of the City of Duncanville.
  • Email [email protected] with questions or event submissions.
