New Signage For the Plaza

Wheatland Plaza partnered with Create Atelier to create new signage for the entrance of the Plaza. We worked with craftsman to make and install it.

As the city of Duncanville and Monte Anderson discussed potential ways to improve and redevelop Wheatland Plaza, they opened up the discussion to the community for feedback and questions.

April 11, 2022: Options Real Estate Closes on Wheatland Plaza Property and Begins Construction

Monte Anderson and his team wasted no time once the deal closed with the city. They immediately began renovating parts of the property that have sat vacant and needed attention.
April - May 2022: Construction Continues

There is a lot of work that needs to be done in order for Wheatland Plaza to be ready for new occupants again. The team is hard at work making sure that this new vision comes to life in safe and responsible manner for the neighbors!
