2024 GENERAL AND SPECIAL ELECTION INFORMATION

The slate of offices for the general election includes the Mayor and council members to represent District 2 and District 4. The special election is to fill an unexpired term in District 5. All registered voters in the City of Duncanville will have the opportunity to vote for the Mayor position. Registered voters residing in Districts 2, 4, and 5 will also have an opportunity to vote for their respective candidates.

The following is the list of candidates in the order determined during the ballot position drawing held on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at Duncanville City Hall:

Voter registration cards may be obtained at City Hall and the Duncanville Public Library. The deadline to register to vote in the May election is April 4, 2024. For more information regarding voter registration, residents may contact the Dallas County Elections Department at (469) 627-VOTE (8683).

Early voting will be conducted Monday, April 22, 2024, through Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the Duncanville Library Conference Rooms at 201 James Collins Blvd., Duncanville, TX 75116.

April 22-26, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
April 27, Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
April 28, Sunday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
April 29-30, Monday, Tuesday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Election Day Voting is May 4, 2024, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
