- State of Texas law and Duncanville policies requires contacting two Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) for items costing between $3,000.01 to $50,000.00.
- All vendors, including HUB's and small businesses, are given an equal opportunity to participate.
- City maintains an updated State of Texas HUB database.
- The city does not have a Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) goals program but we utilize the State's HUB listing.
