The City of Duncanville is hard at work minimizing disruptions caused by road construction in our city while at the same time making improvements to infrastructure.
City of Duncanville Projects
On Monday, April 5, 2021, Pavecon Public Works, LP (Contractor) will begin the reconstruction of E. Danieldale Rd. from S. Main St. to U.S Highway 67 to a four-lane divided roadway configuration with hike and bike facilities east and westbound. This project will also include new water, wastewater, and drainage utilities as well as landscaping. The project is expected to be complete by the Spring of 2023.
During this time of construction E. Danieldale Rd. will be reduced to one lane in each direction. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining access to properties during construction, but there will be some unavoidable disruption to the roadway that will require street closures, detours, and other possible inconveniences.
