The City of Duncanville offers the following services for our customers (not all services may be offered at particular locations). These services will be billed on one statement for your convenience.

Water

Potable water and wastewater management. Repair and maintenance of the water distribution system for the city.

 

Meter Reading

Meters are read every 28-34 days (varying due to weekends and holidays, weather permitting).

 

Sewer

Repair and maintenance of sanitary sewer lines.

 

Garbage

Includes Trash pick up, Brush & Tree Limbs, Household Hazardous Waste Program, Recycling, Skyline Landfill.

Drainage

Stormwater management plan in effect.

 

The Billing Process

Utility invoices are mailed each Wednesday based on cycle (Cycle 1 is the first Wednesday, Cycle 2 is the second, etc.)

Invoices will be due 19 days later.

 

Operating as a municipality, we are a publicly owned, not-for-profit organization. The billing and collection procedures of Duncanville's Utility Customer Service Office protect the interest of all ratepayers. We follow guidelines mandated by the State of Texas under the Texas Utility Code and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) under the Safe Drinking Water Act.
